Pear-shaped lyra, with 3 gut strings, 464 mm in length. It has a simple headstock whose perimeter is decorated with a debossed geometric pattern, 3 wooden keys, a saddle, two "D"-shaped sound holes on the top side of its body and a small sound hole on the back. At the bottom, the strings are tied to a wooden string holder, which is attached with wire to a protrusion of the body. The string holder is decorated with engraved geometric patterns and bears an engraved inscription that reads: "ΧΔΛ / 1949". The sound post is missing.
