Klarino in A, 573 mm in length. It consists of 5 detachable parts: a. the fipple-shaped mouthpiece, on which the reed is fixed with a clamp, b. the barrel, c. the upper and d. the lower joint, where the finger holes and the metal keys are located and e. the bell. There are metal rings at the connection points and at the end of the bell. The mouthpiece is protected by a metal cap. The bell bears an engraved inscription that reads: “BUFFET / QUALITE SUPERIERE / PARIS”. There is an engraved lyre above the inscription.
