Mechanical metronome of the brand SX, with a wooden body, 209 mm in length. It has a trapezium-shaped weight, which is passed through a metal lamella. Moving the weight up or down changes the number of the beats of the metronome per minute, based on the data written on the metal label on the back of the weight. On its right wall, there is an attached metal key for tuning the device, which has a removable wooden top on the front side. There is a metal label on the top, that reads: “METRONOME / SX / SYSTEM MAELZEL / MADE IN GERMANY”.
