It is decorated on the headstock with debossed vegetal designs (rosette, flower), the design of a star and a geometric pattern (triangles). It comes with 3 wooden keys, a saddle, a sound post and two round sound holes on its top. The strings at the bottom are tied to a leather cord, which is wrapped around a protrusion of the body. One of them is missing for most of its length. The neck forms a triangle on the back and there is a groove along the centre of its back. The instrument is accompanied by a bow with 10 bells (2 round ones and 8 disc-shaped).
