Pear-shaped lyra, with 3 gut strings, 473 mm in length. It has a simple headstock with a protrusion in the shape of an isosceles trapezium at the top, 3 wooden keys, and two "D"-shaped sound holes on the top side of its body. At the bottom, the strings are tied to a wooden string holder, which is attached with wire to a protrusion of the body. The usable length of the middle string is longer than that of the outer strings. The sound post is missing. The instrument comes with a bow.
