Georgian chordophone, without frets, 963 mm in length, with a long neck. It has a bridge, a saddle and four wooden keys in total. Three of them are located on the headstock and the fourth one is located on the left side of the neck. Therefore, one of the 4 plastic strings is shorter than rest. The instrument has a curved body with 7 ribs that ends in a flat base. The top is decorated with coloured, impressed vegetal and geometric designs, as well as a cross. There are 9 sound holes in the middle of its top. At their lower end, the strings are tied to a pin that protrudes from the base of the body.
